“I like the instructors! All of you have the gift of teaching and encouraging others. I like all the old friends I have bumped into and all the new friends that I have made. I love the workouts! I feel so much better about myself, and my 18 year old son is so proud of me, he brags to all his friends about how I am taking Karate. I have more definition in my arms and leg muscles, feeling stronger everyday. I’m in college and I get A’s and I have more energy at work.
